I am able to work well both in a team environment as well as using own Upgrade to see actual info my current role as a Customer Service Representative from Miramed Philippines Group LLC, I have resolved more than 400 issues with billing issues, adding insurance, updating insurance, setting payment plan, payment processing, refund request, balance inquiry, discount requests, updating information on the account, escalation updates, and claims.
Always having the needs of our Customers and the reputation of the company at heart. I have dealt with Customer inquiries and complaints face-to-face, over the phone and via email. My excellent customer service and communication skills, combined with my relevant work experience, make me a real asset to any organization that I work for.
