As an Operating manager and Director, I have successfully increased productivity and therefore strengthened client retention and revenue through innovative campaigns and employee initiatives. I know how to track budgets, and follow through with client payments, think through risks and opportunities, keep track of account payables, charges, and payroll using Xero and/or manual computation.
Course Content Creation and Development: I've managed and sold over 1000+ eBooks, video training, and self-help courses that focus on freelancing skills such as Virtual Assitance, Project Management, Sales and Marketing, and Creative Design to international clients.
Customer Engagement: I can help you handle teams of phone, email, and chat support for technical, customer, sales, retention, and quality assurance. I've created SOPs and KPIs for surveys, and interaction, to boost morale and service delivery.
