I’ve been working as a Customer Service Representative at Transcom worldwide under the Retail/Fashion Account, iQor Talisay under Telco Account and on Concentrix Bacolod under an Airline company as a Social Media Specialist for a total of more than 5 years and have developed impeccable phone manners, and an ability to deal with agitated or distressed customers.
I can take 80+ inbound calls per day regarding orders/pre-orders, payments for membership, retaining members, canceling subscriptions, refunds/disputes, shipping inquiries, returns, and exchanges. Keeping and updating records on members' data on each transaction. Creating visuals for my colleagues to help us have a better understanding of an update in the brand that can help us with our work. Maintaining an average 95% customer satisfaction rating by providing an excellent customer experience. My experience as a Tier 2 Specialist at Transcom for 1 year has helped me improve my leadership skills, allowed me to gain organizational skills, and provided me with extensive knowledge of how to use Google Docs/Sheets, Microsoft Excel/Sheets, and Microsoft Office.
