Profile Description

I have worked as a Personal Assistant direct to CEO which being organizational, communication, and time management skills. Acting as the main point of contact between the CEO, clients and employees, screening and directing phone calls and correspondence. Managing the CEO's calendar, scheduling meetings and appointments. As a customer service representative I have an excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with customers.
As a customer service representative I'm able to communicate clearly, listen actively, and provide empathetic and timely responses to customer inquiries, complaints, or feedback. In addition to this, I'm able to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally while maintaining a positive attitude. My other skills as a customer service representative may include multi task, problem-solving, conflict resolution, and product knowledge.
