As an OSP Design Engineer for 2 years and 3 months, I spearheaded surveys for engineering design plans focused on FTTBTS, analyzing and strategizing effective execution methods. I created detailed OSP designs using AutoCAD, streamlining project planning and material estimation. My role involved building strong client relationships by providing regular updates on project status, ensuring transparency and trust. Additionally, I reviewed and implemented FTTH designs with appropriate
construction techniques, provided feedback to the Design Team and subcontractors, supported construction surveys for deployment approaches, and ensured that engineering guidelines were consistently applied in all designs. Prior to this, I worked as a Regional Surveillance Center Helpdesk, where I managed urgent escalations for
link failures and maintenance tasks, coordinating prompt response actions to
minimize service disruption. I maintained clear communication with teams
regarding fiber cut restoration progress and developed a tracking system for
maintenance activities, enhancing operational efficiency and reporting
accuracy. I also served as a Technical Support Engineer, where I streamlined
ticket management processes to prevent service delays, monitored network
performance during outages, and collaborated with cross-functional teams to
resolve technical issues, ultimately enhancing overall service reliability.
