Profile Description

I am a strong, skilful, and detail-oriented Virtual Admin Support and Customer Service Representative. I am responsible for providing assistance to the Manager and the CEO.  I also provide assistance to customers of more than 100 websites via chat and I have basic experience with Shopify Product Listing, Creating Landing Pages and Managing Social Media Accounts. I have more than 9 years of accumulated experience as a Customer Service Representative and was promoted to a Global Expert in my previous company, also known as a Team Lead which includes handling a team of new hires and developing them in taking calls.
