I have a ecommerce experience but not EBay however the experience that I have is associated with this since this is online shopping platform and I can say that I am detail oriented and trainable for any ecommerce job. Ecommerce is one of my favorite previous job, this job is challenging but I love and motivated to investigate the complaints of the customer regarding the order, return and refund, chargeback, logistics, aftersales and etc. Since I am online seller before this gives me a passion to share my skills as a customer support as an email ticketing ( escalation department) and chat support to provide a final resolution to every customer.

I have customer support experience through email and chat and also in phone by helping customer and clients to provide the best and accurate resolution. As a customer support, I will need to provide a final resolution to all the escalation and customer that has a risk of customer satisfaction. Customer support also support all the line of business that provide seamless resolution to every customer in a timely manner and in a positive way of final resolution.

For this role this is very challenging but enjoyable previous job that I have. I handle complicated scenarios every time customer calls and wanted to cancel the services or products that they have and as a retention specialist we need to avoid customer to cancellation and provide a alternative offer and services. I can say that this role is giving high energetic and I love this job role. Regarding the retention account that I handle this gives me a exceptional experience to myself and also to every customer. I handle 60 calls plus a day by renewing possible client and gives them a happy smile on there face without the need to cancel their serviced.
