Profile Description

I am currently working as accounts payable officer of an outsourcing company. Prior to that, I was working as a bookkeeper for a non-profit institution for 7 years. I used to records the financial transactions to QuickBooks. I also prepares monthly reports including Balance Sheet and Income Statement. Reviews and evaluates official receipts issued by the cashier and compares with the monthly summary of receipts. Prepares bank reconciliation for tuition and miscellaneous funds. Assist the School Treasurer in making BOT master budget. Petty cash fund holding. Issue cash of the approved request. Pay vendor invoices. Monitors bank balances. Perform other related tasks that may assigned from time to time.
In my current role, I am responsible in receiving, verifying and process invoices related to Accounts Payable including PO and Non- PO invoices. Identify and reconcile vendor statement and resolve any discrepancies.  Respond to internal queries  in a significant and in a timely manner to support seamless operations and assist our team leader to review processed documents. I have also experience and knowledge in accounting system like Quickbooks desktop, SAP and MS applications. 
I am positive and focused with my work, self- motivated, detail-oriented and can manage significant work load .
