Profile Description

I worked at a real estate developer company, as an admin/liaison officer. This work technically involves, maintaining an outstanding relationship with the partner government agencies, namely; Bureau of Internal Revenue, Registry of Deeds, Pag-Ibig Fund (Financing Institution) and the Local Government in particular area. In keeping such harmonious relationship with these stakeholders, it really needs a great communication and interpersonal skills, which I believe, I do have. Second, I also possess a high attention to detail and critical thinking skills, for which, I am tasked to review the computation of taxes and details on the legal documents that are needed to be submitted to the government agencies, preparing budget request, and monthly reports. Third, as to client relationships, where there were issues raised by our stakeholders or encountered an irate client, nevertheless, I have also learned to develop my conflict resolution skills, as to which, issues and misunderstanding can be resolved by active listening and a calm communication. Fourth, as a team leader, I have developed my leadership, strategic management, decision making and time management skills. Fifth, I am knowledgeable in using Microsoft applications; word, excel and power point, photo editing and video editing. I am knowledgeable also in using Canva, as to communication applications; Microsoft teams, zooUpgrade to see actual infoetings, Viber and messenger. Sixth, I spend time browsing the social media applications like Facebook, Instagram and Tiktok, for which there were times, from the top of my head, I give critics on how the post should be. And lastly, interesting fact about me, I love learning new things, just like I learned how to play a piano/keyboard, I learned it by myself.
I believe that these learning experiences that I have, I will be able to contribute to the company, and I am willing to open myself in learning new things and take on the challenges.
