Profile Description

For the past 6 years, I've been in the BPO Industry and worked for a travel account focuses on a providing quality customer service. I started as Customer Service Associate and a year after I was promoted to SME. I've been part of the T&L process and a pilot team for email; working on a travel account and dealing with customer really enhanced my customer service and problem-solving skills especially I am working on escalation department. I was promoted to a Team Lead which enhanced my leadership role in handling people. I am knowledgeable with MS office such as Word, Spreadsheet and Powerpoint Presentation and can do administrative task. I can work under pressure and with a minimal supervision. I have basic knowledge with graphic design and video editing.
