Sales and customer service are both critical functions for any type of businesses. With 13 years of experience, I have honed my skills and developed a deep understanding of what it takes to excel in these areas. I have extensive experience that includes interacting with customers, building relationship, understanding their needs and preferences and successfully closing deals. Additionally, I have overcome various challenges, such as handling difficult customers, navigating complex sales negotiations and managing customer complaints. I also have very good exposure when it comes to Administrative Work. Facilitation of group discussions, attending client meetings in lieu of my supervisor, creation of strategies to uplift or improve team and individual scores, analysis and reports are just some.

In my previous company, I was a Business Continuity Coordinator which is focused on Administrative Work, Client Support via Chat and Email and Daily and Weekly Reports. I also have working experience in different fields. One is with hotel reservation. For a year, I was responsible for booking for guest and looking for the best hotels for their stay. Provides information about the booking and also communicates with the hotels directly via e-mail. Another would be as a healthcare specialist with the biggest Medical devices in the USA, in which we conduct pre-screening procedure for prospect clients, pre-qualify client's eligibility on taking up a medical insurance. Providing an End to End support.
