I have extensive experience that includes interacting with customers, building relationship, understanding their needs and preferences and successfully closing deals. Additionally, I have overcome various challenges, such as handling difficult customers, navigating complex sales negotiations and managing customer complaints. I also have very good exposure when it comes to Administrative Work. Facilitation of group discussions, attending client meetings in lieu of my supervisor, creation of strategies to uplift or improve team and individual scores, analysis and reports are just some.
