I answered and helped customer with questions and disputes regarding their personal bank transactions. I was also trained to be a billing specialists for the largest telecommunications company in Australia. After fulfilling my billing consultant role, I was trained for a case management role or Remediation specialist to provide seamless customer experience when signing up as a new customer or a new service. I was then transitioned to be a chat support agent during the pandemic lockdown to cater to more customers at the same time.
