Profile Description

Having worked in customer service, sales, and administrative support for a long time, I've developed my skills in providing outstanding customer service, successful sales tactics, and effective operational management.  With my background in a variety of industries, it allows me to adapt quickly to various roles and responsibilities. 

In my role as a Sales Associate specializing in Mobility, I excelled in assisting customers with product inquiries, delivering engaging sales presentations, processing orders, and building long-term client relationships. I also effectively utilized CRM platforms to cross-sell products, follow up on leads, and maintain accurate sales records. 

Prior to this, I worked as a Customer Service Representative for a prominent telecommunications company. My responsibilities included managing plan adjustments, resolving billing discrepancies, upselling additional services, scheduling installations, and ensuring customer satisfaction through prompt and professional communication. 

Additionally, I served as an Inside Sales Representative for an extermination company based in New Jersey, where I handled follow-ups with new and existing customers through phone and email, leveraging the CRM tool PestPac to streamline processes and maintain accurate records. And if the job requires me to learn a specific program, I can assure you that I am quick to adapt to any training or software necessary for the role.
