Profile Description

I work as a Graphic Designer and a Virtual Assistant. 

I do graphics designing and usually use Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Lightroom. I make sure that I follow what the Client wants for their image or graphic. I make sure that I do the task efficiently.

I also Handle emails, using email marketing and marketing automation tools (ActiveCampaign, Mailchimp, and AWeber), Facebook advertising, podcast posting, and managing WordPress websites (know different page builders like Visual Composer, Divi, Elementor, WP Bakery, and Profit Builder), working with WooCommerce, and social media management) are among the tasks I've been assigned. Email Support, and digital/online marketing in general. I am also a Virtual Assistant who can perform administrative tasks such as Internet research, lead generation, and organization, Craigslist posting, and keyword research using the Google Keyword Tool.

I also have excellent English language comprehension. I can also perform simple tasks such as data entry using Google Docs and Spreadsheets, managing Dropbox, Google Drive, Google Calendar, and so on. E-mails are used to schedule appointments with internal and external customers.

Finally, I have extensive experience in customer service, which accounts for the majority of my work experience. I've worked with customers from major corporations such as Sirius XM, Verizon, and Telstra.
