Based on my previous jobs , I've handled different types of Lines of businesses as a account specialist. I can handle multiple task at the same time , I can even work under pressure and make sure to submit any assigned task properly.
I've worked with 2 of the biggest Telecommunication service provider in the United states.
Handled consumer and business to business line of jobs at the same time. I've been with multiple departments who handle billing inquiries, Sales orders and inquiries , Technical concerns and lastly Financial support.
With those said department i make sure that i can excel in different type of aspect such as exceeding in quote quantity of sales as well as making sure that all of the targets will be accomplished at the same time.
I've experienced as well in handling multiple persons making sure that they will be well trained prior endorsing them to the production level of their jobs.
Aside from those said Line of business, I've handled as well Health Care account. I was one of the representative in the member services department , we managed to assist customers who are Disabled , Senior citizens and those person who are covered by Medicare and Medicaid.
We are providing assistance not only to make sure to provide inquiries about their benefits , we manage to assist them as well in making doctors appointment with all Medical Upgrade to see actual info addition we are also providing service to make sure that they have a ride going back and forth in their doctors appointment or getting their prescription in their own pharmacy.
This includes as well making sure that the bill will be all covered according to their benefits.
So you see , with all of my previous jobs. I can definitely make sure to assist you not only when it comes to the job that you will be implementing but as well as providing assistance beyond what you're expecting.
