I also do bank reconciliation and prepares the financial statements. * Supervise and mentor Accounting Staff, providing guidance on daily tasks and professional development.* Review and approve journal entries, reconciliations, and other accounting transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance. * Manage month-end and year-end close processes, including accruals, adjustments and reconciliations.* Stay current with accounting standards, regulations and trends to ensure compliance and best practices. * Provide financial insights and analysis to support decision-making and strategic initiatives.
