Profile Description

 I have nine years of experience as a Customer Service Advisor. During my time in the role, I have worked as a general customer service representative, sales and billing specialist, and technical support. As a result, I have gained significant expertise in handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service. I was also promoted to the role of process expert, where I gained valuable experience in process improvement and management.
Additionally, I have experience as a Virtual Assistant, where I was responsible for data research and entry. I also have a year of experience as a cold caller for a Florida-based company and worked as an appointment setter for a realty company in Minnesota.
