Profile Description

I have been managing the social media accounts and bookkeeping for a small business for the past year. I have had other small business whose social media accounts were also handled by me. In terms of social media, I have been responsible for creating and posting content, responding to customer inquiries and comments, and analyzing metrics to improve engagement. In terms of bookkeeping, I have been responsible for maintaining financial records, and preparing financial reports for management.
I've learned so much while managing most of the administrative task, I have successfully increased the business's social media followers and engagement, resulting in a significant boost in sales. Additionally, my bookkeeping skills have helped the business to stay on top of its finances and make informed financial decisions.
Overall, my experience in managing both social media accounts and bookkeeping for a small business has given me a well-rounded skill set and the ability to multitask effectively.
