Profile Description

I have worked in the BPO industry for more than 3-years as a Product Support Representative (Synnex-Concentrix). Ive been through a lot of accounts on the said company. I troubleshoot routers and streaming devices. I have also been a Customer Service Representative (remotely) for more than a year for a company in the US. Our main task involves, answering concerns through Live Chat, email and phone calls. I have also been part of the Social Media Team as well. I am proficienct in Microsoft Office Programs such as Word, Excel, and Powerpoint.
It is always my goal to give out excellent customer service and make each customer happy
at the end of every conversation. Most importantly, I always make sure that I can give out the best quality on each task assigned to me. Currently, I am a virtual assistant for a company in the US and my task involves, lead generation, data entry, calendar management and several others.
