I started off my career in BPO in 2011 and ever since, I continue to progress in acquiring knowledge and skills in the field of Banking and Finance, Client Relations, and Customer Service. My 11 years of solid experience in BPO have been the foundation of my strong communication skills.
Moreover, I am a motivated, self–reliant, organized, and trainable individual. Over the years, I have learned to be flexible and adaptable to different work dynamics and the complexity of tasks I am presented with.
