Currently part of the amazing Marketing team of SolveLTD, based in Reston, VA; a 30-year-old IT & CyberSecurity Company that focuses on assisting Mid-Atlantic region small-medium businesses. Responsible for day-to-day sales and marketing; tasks include Lead Generation, data analysis, CRM Management, and appointment setting (via phone and email).
Worked as an Executive VA of a US-based cleaning company. I'm responsible for managing anything virtual, responding to emails and phone calls, scheduling meetings, appointment setting, hiring and onboarding cleaners, managing a contact list, organizing managers’ calendars, and providing customer service as the first point of contact. I have been in the BPO industry for more than 6 years and have been training new hires in a Telecommunication Company in the US; I'm knowledgeable in handling customer service retention, escalation, and sales.
I have coaching and supervisory skills, and I am a former Training Mentor and Operations Subject Matter Expert. In addition, I have knowledge of managing PayPal Accounts (Australia, North America, and Japan). I have previous experience in Cold-calling or outbound sales, appointment setting, filtering leads, and creating a list.
