Given my experiences as a VA for a total of 3.5 years, this includes my 1 year and 11 months of BPO experience as a Customer Service Representative where I mastered my Customer Service that gives satisfaction to customers I encountered. In BPO industry, we re provided with great trainings, daily team huddles which makes me flexible to different tasks that is given to me. I was assigned to do chat support, email support and doing outbound calls to customers to resolve their issues like order tracking/ updates and refunds.
Next experience as a Executive Virtual Assistant for 9 months, he is a Financial Advisor and a CEO of his own company. My tasks includes managing his LinkedIn account, help grows his connections to promote his business, I also make some posters in Canva which I upload on LinkedIn to captivate other company owners to get his services. On top of that, I do some data entry of the people on his LinkedIn connections for him to know more about his business partners. In addition to that, I edited files he sent into clear and precise, removing irrelevant words.
Lastly, as a Project Coordinator for 1 year and 4 months at an IT Company based in USA. My tasks are looking for technicians to work for our company partners. I schedule technicians and giving them instructions on how to do the kind of jobs they will provide to our partners. I tracked their working hours on our system and coordinate with my team of the status of works. Works are updating POS of malls in USA (WALMART, ROSS, WALGREENS) installing CCTV'S, installing internets, fixing LAN CABLES, replacing batteries, etc.
