I have worked in the Finance and Accounting industry for over 5 years, handling US and Australian clients using Quickbooks Online, Xero, Wave, and MYOB. Below are some of the tasks I usually do:
* Full charge bookkeeping (Weekly, Fortnightly, Monthly, Quarterly);
* Categorizing daily transactions auto-feed;
* Bank and credit card Reconciliation;
* Manual recording or importing transactions that don't auto-feed;
* Payable management (recording vendor's invoices, payments, vendor card file maintenance, statement reconciliation, and ensuring all are correctly entered and tracked);
* Receivable management (prepare invoices, send payment reminders,
* Updating Inventory management file;
* Updating Order management file;
* Updating Cashflow Management file;
* Assist Payroll Processing;
* Inter-company reconciliation;
* Accounts Reconciliation;
* Assist in Tax Preparation;
* Generate Financial Reports;
* Backlog cleanups; and
* Providing an update on significant adjustments in recurring transactions.
* Support admin/ad-hoc tasks.
