Key Responsibilities:
1.Daily processing/recording of the company's financial transactions in NetSuite of the parent company including
its subsidiaries
2.Perform Accounts Receivable functions such as invoicing, recording of collections, and recognizing revenue
3.Perform Accounts Payable functions such as recording and processing of payments through
4.Bi-weekly Recording and processing of Payroll through Gusto
5.Monthly Bank and Credit Card Reconciliation
6.Assist with closing the books and sub-ledgers, including passing appropriate required adjustment entries and
consolidating financials at the end of each accounting period.
7.Prepare and review Financial Statements to ascertain accuracy
8.Analysis of financial accounts to account for the material movements on a Month on Month basis
9.Analysis of company's expenses to verify the validity and propriety of transactions 10.Participate in calls to discuss any gaps in the Accounting process and to provide recommendations thereto
11.Maintain and monitor the accuracy and completeness of Standard Operating Procedures
