Profile Description

A sales executive/business solutions executive in a logistics company for more than 2 years and here are the things I do:

**Answer emails of potential customers, leading every interaction to a close sale. **Prepare custom quotes and offer custom discounts.
**Reach out to potential customers via email, WhatsApp text messaging, and phone calls. I make follow-up calls, write follow-up emails, and send follow-up WhatsApp text messages.
**Communicate efficiently and build rapport with potential customers.
**After each interaction with the customer, write notes and comments in CRM. **Answering questions about our service, and providing solutions on how our service can help their business.
**Conduct online meetings (Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, etc) with potential customers.
**Onboard customers into the system, assist them during the initial phase of using the service and provide all kinds of support.
