I was a csr of centerwell pharmacy/humana for 5 months, using salesforce CRM, my tasks were to refill our customers' medications and fax a prescription request to our affiliated doctors/clinics if their prescriptions has already expired, persuade them to transfer their medications to centerwell pharmacy if they have other meds being bought from other pharmacies. I alao worked as a call center representative for 10 years. I had a 5-year experience as a Citiprepaid customer service representative where we handle tasks like missing funds, dispute transactions, fraud charges etc., I also had the opportunity to join the Virgin Mobile(US), Virgin Media(US), and one of the credit specialists of Intersections where we handle customer concerns like identity theft, educate them what are the things they need to do to increase their credit score based on the information showing on their credit report (TransUnion, Equifax, Experian credit reports) and how to file a dispute to remove inaccuracies adversely affecting their credit rating to name a few which in total gave me a decade of csr exprience.
