It all started in the BPO industry, this is where I learned my first skill which is Customer Service and Technical Support for Internet and Phone Service for a giant Company in the USA. Then I was hired to be a home-based appointment setter for several Software Companies, this is how I learned how to set up an appointment for our sales team. Then after this, I ventured the world of Admin Assistant where I worked in an office doing day to day task as an office worker, but during this time I missed working at home, so I dUpgrade to see actual info to work again as a Business Development Manager for Softvire, a Software Wholesaler Company in Australia. This is where I was able to properly enhance my sales skills and tactics.
