I have been a customer service representative for 3 years and 2 months and I have been a virtual Assistant for 1 year.

I handled AT&T accounts when I was a customer service representative. I take inbound calls, answer questions from customers about their services with AT&T, answer billing concerns and I also do troubleshooting. I also make outbound calls because we handle sales accounts as well wherein, we sell cell phones with postpaid plans.

When I was a virtual assistant, I handled insurance services. Homeowners policy, auto policy, dwelling fire, and sometimes Commercial Policies. I am also a quoter. I quote auto, home, and commercial policies. I used CRM, AMS 360, AND Ezylinks as my rater. I am familiar with different carriers such as Progressive, Nationwide, Mission Select, Travelers, Safeco, and many more. I have been hired by an insurance agency here in Online Job PH and I've been with them for more than a year. It was based in Texas and I handled personal lines and sometimes I do Certificate of insurance and I quote commercial lines for auto.
