Profile Description

I am very fluent in the English language especially through non-verbal. I have experience in customer service for 4 years in a Email and Chat line of business and was promoted to a Tier 2 Support for a US E-commerce before quiting to pursue college (BS in Information Technology) but also stopped at my last/4th year for personal reasons.

I am very adaptive and able to learn the process in an ample amount of time and can create resolutions out of it and very passionate in designing various digital art and ads using Canva. (Very familiar and confident in using Canva) which I use to have side jobs/gigs/small commissions and I make sure the client's theme/aesthetic is reflected on my works besides their vision. Have worked as a VA for 2 Australian clients as part-time previously.

Currently pursuing Graphic Designer roles or Email Support roles with either the same industry (e-commerce) or different.
