Technical Support Advisor:
Handle inbound calls from customers.
Initiate outbound calls to follow up on
customer concerns.
Provide troubleshooting steps to resolve
customer issues.
Participate in training sessions and
coaching sessions with team leaders.
Subject Matter Expert:
Conduct coaching and training sessions
for new tea
Assist agents on the production floor
during their calls.
Address agent behaviors through
accountability coaching.
Perform follow-up coaching to assess
progress from previous sessions.
Handle escalation calls.
Manage administrative tasks, including
creating daily reports using Excel and sending End of the Day Reports via
Outlook Mail.
