Profile Description

For 3+ years, I've worked as an inbound and outbound call center agent for an international food delivery account, giving me extensive expertise with a wide variety of customer complaints and allowing me to respond effectively to each one. I also have experience in back-office roles, such as marketing and sales on Facebook and responding to customer emails and chats for US-based cUpgrade to see actual infonts.
Before that, I worked as an office and admin assistant both virtually and onsite, where I took care of data entry, meeting scheduling, mail organization and distribution, technical and bidding report preparation, manpower handling, and administrative activities such as typing, copying, scUpgrade to see actual infoing, and filing. Also, I was able to create reports for our company's project proposals from time to time.
I recently completed an appointment scheduling course, which will allow me to better meet the needs of my cUpgrade to see actual infonts.
