As an experienced customer service representative, I am capable of helping the customer with their concern as long as it is within my scope of support. Active listening is the most important trait a good customer service representative have so as providing empathy statement when needed, fortunately, with the previous works that I had, I was able to practice both. Providing alternative words or for technical terms to help the customer is also on of the key factor to have a satisfied and happy customer.
