E-commerce Virtual Assistant / Video Editor Pro

I worked with Glamcor Global LLC first as a Customer Service Representative, then later as a Quality Analyst and back-office manager. I used Netsuite and Shopify for this e-commerce campaign for more than 2 years.

I had the pleasure of managing an AI-niched YouTube channel and monetizing it within 3 months. I became the main video editor and used Final Cut Pro as my tool for delivering excellent quality videos that ensure audience retention.

I had the pleasure of working with a direct US client for 10 months. I did data analysis using JSON, personal email management using Calendly, cold callings using the client's Skype phone number, appointment setting for potential clients, bookkeeping using Excel, video editing, and several more general virtual assistant roles to help him scale up his online business.

I had the pleasure of working in several BPO companies and handling customer service campaigns through phone, email, and chat support roles. I learned to use empathy, listen closely to their concerns, and master the account's SOP to generate the best possible solution for efficient problem-solving.

I used Microsoft Excel to do bookkeeping tasks for my client's financial account.

I had the pleasure of learning basic FB Ads management in an online course and practiced it during my time as a virtual assistant for a US client. We did several campaigns using FB Ads and referred to the FB Ads library for useful creatives that our competitors are using. We were able to deliver people onto our landing page because of those Ads campaigns we did.

I had the chance to be a digital marketing intern at Outsourced Doers where I learned the basics of handing a sales funnel and all its processes.
