6 years of experience working in the Customer service industry doing all types of administrative jobs, property management, and reservation roles. I handle email support, chat, and phone support as well. I can handle B2B and B2C communication/transactions.

I have 4 years of experience working in Short-Term Rental with listings on Airbnb, Upgrade to see actual info, Tripadvisor, and other platforms. I worked in rental companies in San Francisco, London, Hong Kong, Bali Indonesia, and the Philippines. I handle all types of communications with guest inquiry, resolutions claim, reservations and cancellations.

I am a graduate Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, majoring in Marketing.
