Hi my name is Upgrade to see actual info and I'm an expert in Sales and Business
Development & Customer Service. I've been in the industry for about 5-6 yrs
(all foreign companies). Last company I worked for gave me the opportunity to
be a Jr. Account Executive which totally gave me a new level of Sales
Experience! I'm totally comfortable in doing inbound and outbound calls, but my
main expertise will be around outbound sales, cold calling, appointment
setting, and even closing. I'm pretty comfortable in converting through any
medium that is available to me like email, phone, chat, and text, and I worked
with a lot of businesses in E-commerce, SaaS, Staffing and I was awarded
multiple times by my employers being the best sales rep of our sales team. I
possess leadership skills as well as observational skills that helps me be
successful in any company I work for. I treat every company I'm with like it
was my own business so I could give out my best each and every day! I'm a fast
learner and a pretty confident guy! So any skills you see below that aren't
