Profile Description
I have extensive experience in outbound sales cold calling. I have worked with US, Australian and a bit of UK campaigns.
I have also worked as a customer service agent, collections agent, student support assistant. I have also been a Quality Assurance agent, Subject Matter Expert and briefly, a Sales Supervisor. Since the pandemic hit back in 2020, I was forced to venture in to WFH/Freelancing/Independent Contracting. Since then I have worked as an Appointment Setter for 2 years and 5 months.
I have a great work ethic which I bring to every post that I have to fill and will continue doing so.
