Experienced Escrow Processor from a US based Title and Escrowcompany and working remotely as an outsourced and providing anexceptional support to Closers/Escrow Officers, Lenders, and Agents,and catering almost every states in the US.

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Providing support to Escrow Officer/Closer and Title Officer• Coordinating with Borrowers, Buyers, Sellers, Lenders, Agents, andAttorneys• Escrow setup for Refinance and REO/Purchase transactions• Preparation and delivery of Opening Letters and Title Package• Ordering and updating payoffs• Title examination• Date down request for title updates/changes• Accessing and retrieval of public records• TC/PTR review of curative issues• Schedule signing appointments• Vesting deed preparation• Third party orders• Performing follow-ups• Providing trainings and QA
