Hello, my name is Upgrade to see actual info and I am from the Philippines, I have a solid experience in sales for different companies and I've worked in the sales industry for a couple of years and I could say that I've learned a lot from there especially in providing good customer service to the customers or clients, promoting and selling companies items, products and services. I have a good work ethic, strong focus, and determination, and aside from that I also have  BPO experience as well and I used to be a call center agent for 2 years now, and I handled 3 different international accounts with 3 different BPO companies located here in our country. I handled voice and nonvoice accounts. First, are VXI where I handled International Telco Account for 7 months, the next company will be Alorica Teleservices wherein I handled International Food Delivery Account from the US for 1 year and 3 months and the last and previous one is in 24-7 Intouch and the account is the Seasonal Retail Apparel International account.
