Profile Description

I have worked in the BPO industry for almost a year. I have the best experience in handling customer's queries and concerns. I value what the customer needs so I always make sure that I have a resolution to their problem.
I also worked as an ESL teacher for almost 2 years. I have met students with different nationalities. I was able to communicate and share my knowledge despite the nationality and language my students use.
I worked as an appointment setter for bathroom remodeling, bio-hazard clean up, caregiver for seniors.
I am very flexible and a fast learner. I can work with less supervision once I master the task given to me. I am open for any job as long as it is home based. I don't have any issue with my attendance. I have never been late nor did I abandon my shift. I always make sure to manage my time and appointments accordingly so it won't conflict my shift.
