Profile Description

Assisting customers with flight reservations and loyalty programs. Implements solutions for clients’ inquiries regarding itinerary changes. Answering local and international in-bound calls. Sending emails for internal communication. Helps in training the newly onboarded teammates. 
Daily follow-up with leads from various lead sources, such as FSBOs, expired listings, canceled listings, recently listed or sold properties, previous clients, etc. Scheduling Lead Appointments Client Cold Calls & Follow Ups Follow-up / Confirm Appointments
