and more. For the tools, experience using zendesk, kustomer, ujet , guru, dunlop, and other tools. Tech-savvy.
knows how to troubleshoot, basic. If I don't know something, I search google and youtube to see steps to follow on how to resolve an issue. I am looking for a non-voice job, chat or email support. Blended will do as well but I prefer nonvoice as I am more productive for nonvoice roles.
Wiling to learn new skills and I am trainable as well.
