Hi! I am Upgrade to see actual info Lorejo. From Cebu, Philippines.
I am a graduate of Bachelor of Arts Major in Communication. I have honed my communication skills thru trainings and by stepping into my first career as a Customer Service Representative in a BPO industry. With thorough trainings and proper guidance, I have enhanced my communication and problem-solving skills which can be of a great asset to the company for over 3 years of working and serving Australian and US clients.
I was then given the opportunity to work in a corporate world of Toyota Philippines as an Appointment Staff Coordinator where I have also honed and enhanced more of my ability to communicate and at the same time work in an administrative task where I regularly report to our Service Manager and assisting him with the reports for the KPI or over-all performance of the team. I was given the opportunity to work in a company where my efforts are being acknowledged and valued.
I then had the opportunity to work in a Real Estate company as a Customer Relations Associate where I was able to further refine and expand my skills in several key areas. In this role, I enhanced my Customer Support capabilities, Teamwork and Collaboration, Problem Solving and Critical Thinking, Time Management, Negotiation, Attention to detail, and Building relationship. These skills were taught thoroughly, and nurtured through direct experiences and intensive training. These have not only prepared me to excel in customer facing roles, but also to contribute meaningfully to team and organizational success.
