ADVANCED SALES AND SUPPORT
Performs administrative tasks to support the sales team and help them to gain and keep customers. Also respond to customer complaints and queries and will ensure that all orders are processed in a timely manner.

Helping customers with complaints and questions, give customers information about products and services, take orders, and process returns. By helping customers understand the product and answering questions about their reservations, they are sometimes seen as having a role in sales.

Proficient in leveraging Canva alongside Adobe Creative Suite tools to craft visually stunning designs and multimedia content. Excels in conceptualizing and executing captivating graphics, illustrations, and social media visuals tailored to client specifications. Demonstrates versatility in adapting design styles to suit diverse brand identities and project requirements. With a keen eye for detail and a passion for creativity, adept at producing compelling visual narratives that resonate with target audiences and drive engagement across digital platforms.

HOSTING SPECIALIST
Troubleshooting a variety of technical and non-technical issues customers are having with their web hosting plans and services. Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.
