Motivated individual with experience in customer service and sales. Skilled in building customer relationships and understanding customer needs. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for providing superior customer service.

Researched accounts and completed due diligence to resolve collection problems. 
Used probing techniques to determine debtors' reasons for delinquency. 
Worked in call center environment handling manual and automatically dialed outbound and inbound calls. I am a self-motivated, responsible and hard woking individual. I’m willing to learn new skills, able to work independently in busy environment and also within a team setting.
