My work placement was in iQor, a BPO company located at Clark, Pampanga.
I worked from July 2021 till late December 2022. I can say that after working as a customer service for more than a year, I learned a lot from my previous employer.
I would like to humbly mention that I undergo special training where we are trained to use extraordinary greetings and extraordinary responses to make the customers feel that they are not just talking to an automated system and for them to feel that they are talking to an expert who can handle their concern.
Additionally, I learned how to handle customers in a variety of moods and how to help them feel heard after expressing their concern and the reason for their call by giving a signature response and, of course, reassuring them that they are speaking with the appropriate expert to address their concern.
