Legal OfficerI worked at a law firm that operated as a collection agency, where we handled both outbound and inbound calls from clients looking to settle their credit card debts. Our role involved negotiating settlement amounts based on the principal amount (excluding interest) and securing bank approval via email. Once approved, we provided clients with contracts to clear their records with the bank. Additionally, we sent demand letters to clients who could no longer be reached through the contact information on file.
Engagement Specialist / CSRI served as an Engagement Specialist for 5 years, primarily in a TELCO account, specifically T-Mobile. My work spUpgrade to see actual infoed phone, chat, and email support for the same account. Initially, I handled chat support, managing up to 30 customers simultaneously. After four months, I transitioned to voice support, where I further honed my communication skills by directly interacting with customers, internal teams, and store dealers. After a year and a half, I moved to email support for business accounts, a role I held for three years. I handled tasks such as bill disputes, rate plan analysis, account credits, troubleshooting, administrative duties, account management, follow-ups, endorsements, and escalations. I found email support particularly fulfilling as it allowed me to express myself through written communication. I was a top performer in this role and enjoyed supporting my colleagues.
