I have gained valuable experience in dealing with people through my various roles as an electronics engineering Upgrade to see actual inforving as the Governor for the Institute of Electronics Engineers of the Philippines-Bicol Student Chapter (IECEP-BSC), I was responsible for leading and managing a team of individuals towards achieving common goals. This experience allowed me to develop my leadership and communication skills, as well as my ability to motivate and inspire others.

Additionally, my work as a Technical Support Representative in Quantrics Enterprises further honed my people skills. As a Technical Support Representative, I was tasked with assisting customers with their technical inquiries and resolving any issues they encountered. This role required me to have excellent communication skills and a customer-centric mindset, as I had to work closely with customers to ensure their needs were met.

As an electronics engineering undergraduate with technical support and customer support experience, I am eager to leverage my skills and knowledge in a virtual assistant role. I am a quick learner and dedicated to providing excellent support to clients. I am confident in my ability to adapt to new challenges and contribute effectively to your team.
