My experience as an intake specialist in the healthcare sector was particularly rewarding. I helped individuals navigate the complex process of applying for disability benefits, guiding them through the application process and ensuring they had the best chance of success. 
Beyond my BPO experience, I've also honed my skills as a freelance virtual assistant for the past three years. I've worked with clients across various industries, including machinery, taxation, outsourcing services, real estate recruiter and e-commerce. My responsibilities have ranged from administrative tasks to lead generation, client communication, and even managing Shopify accounts.
