Profile Description

I recently worked as a VA with Disen Cai Real Estate Group fromUpgrade to see actual info, a top real estate group in California mainly San Mateo County. I handled a lot of data entry work for them such as CRM using Lofty, reading Residential Purchase Agreements, managing their emails, and managing all their properties from new listings to close of escrow using Trello, and CTE, I also scheduled open houses, and broker's tours using MLS. I create listing agreements using Upgrade to see actual info and upload information on Zillow. I am responsible for organizing their files using Dropbox, extracting offers into spreadsheets, ordering signposts using Upgrade to see actual info, ordering photo services using Open Homes Photography, ordering home inspections using Homeguard, and changing the status of properties in MLS, and I am very familiar with using MLS. Before working as a VA I worked as a Fraud Analyst in a call center company for almost 5 years, from 2016 to 2021 and I could develop skills such as accurate data entry, written and verbal communication, defining problems, evaluating, and solving them. I could learn organizational skills too, like note-taking, time management, and handling workloads. To help clients in less time, we used tools such as Sawgrass, Lexis Nexis, Avaya, and Credit Bureau Report which give us solutions for providing excellent service
