I was a Loan officer in company named Service First for almost 6 months. Basically we are an outbound customer service. The leads have already been provided by the company and we are cold calling the customers to check to see if they are interested with the loan. If they are interested, for example we will inform them how to be qualified, discuss the terms and conditions of the personal loan, what mode of payment will be used.
